CAMPBELLTOWN band 46 Clicks have come a long way since they formed two years ago.
The trio, made up of Andy McIntosh on guitar and vocals, Patrick Rafter on bass and Scott Mcilvenie on drums, will support The Choirboys at the Metro Theatre this Saturday from 8pm and Angry Anderson and the Junkyard Dogs on September 3.
``In the words of Bob Dylan, we're in a constant state of becoming,'' McIntosh said.
``We're becoming more all the time and you should watch out for us in the future.''
He said their music was influenced by music from the '90s as well as Stevie Ray Vaughan and a lot of bluesy bands.
``It's kind of just a rock'n'roll take on what's happening with the pop punk scene at the moment.
``We've been just playing the local scene, playing some band comps and some gigs and we're playing at the Metro with The Choirboys.
``The gig in September with Angry Anderson should be a real rock'n'roll gig, so I'm really keen to see the crowd that will come out.
``It should be people that are just in it for the music.''
The band are also managed by Ian Hulme, the bass guitarist for The Choirboys.
``We found him after three months so it all kind of just worked together from there,'' McIntosh said.
``We always knew that over time we'd be able to get somewhere but how quick it's happening to us feels really good and makes it all a little bit more worthwhile.''
